“‘Jared Boyd is a surgeon of the heart.’ Those aren’t my words, but the first words from the mouth of one of our elders during the first break between sessions. Everyone—from the most mature and experienced of lay leaders to those just joining in walked away from our Formational Healing retreat having been ministered to deeply by God and carrying clear practices to continue to grow at the Spirit’s invitation in the days ahead. Jared’s wealth of experience across a range of both biblical and church history from his renewing work with the Order of the Common Life is so evident. To any local pastors, like myself, who are looking for a voice to invest deeply and personally in their leaders, I can’t recommend this experience highly enough.”
